Google and AI Assisted Help¶

AI agents, like Claude or ChatGPT, are becoming increasingly better at giving good advice on Auto Arm, helped by the documentation being setup to be accessible to them.

They can diagnose issues, suggest how make alarms work how you want, and even write or rewrite the advanced YAML configs.

Even if you don't have an AI agent, Google search will come up with AI agent advice itself. Ask the question, and if necessary mention you want to use the HACS Auto Arm integration.

Not all searches in Google result in AI advice, and you might have this switched off, however you should still get pointed directly at the right page in the on-line Auto Arm help.

Assist Bot¶

The Home Assistant [Assist] chat and voice assistant is much more limited when used without an AI service, though can provide a link to the help pages if you ask it how to get help on Auto Arm.
